  Sorry for the delay in replying. Our site was migrating to a new server =)

  Zippers are closed in the picture because they are all NEW! =) You have to unzip and zip them up if you know what I mean for new zippers.

  Hi Joy,

  In the real life pics the zippers are all closed.
  There are two sets of zippers. One set on the bottom half(partially covered by the front flap) and one set on the front flap which is the top half.
  The zippers on the bottom half of the bag are closed when the zippers are down whereas the zippers on the top are closed when they are up.
  Hope this make sense to you when you are looking at the pictures! =)

  Abso-right! There are zips on the front as accessories, and they are actual pockets.
  To secure the bag, there’s a button clasp at the front, and a zip top opening.
