  The bag is soft faux leather but it’s not the filmsy type.

  It is thick, soft leather similar to what you get from Charles & Keith – hope this clears the question.

  Yes so that photos turn out how it would look like when used. Quality is guaranteed. We only bring in bags that we would use personally and we have certain quality standards that we adhere to. Alexa has our thumbs-up! Other versions do not have the faux-leather lining for inner zip pockets if you observe carefully. Hope this ans your qns.

  For reg mail, the postman need someone to sign for it else he will drop it at the nearest PO.
  For normal mail, if noone is at home to answer the door/mailbox is too small for him to throw in, he will also drop it at the nearest PO.
  Only difference being reg mail – you can track the status & you have more visibility that way. We encourage registered mail always so that you can know where your item is when you want to.

  Cream looks exactly the same as pictured.

  Due to the economic recovery, our freighting costs have moved up permanently and therefore we are only able to offer the backorder at $34.
  In fact we are taking a risk here because our shipper tells us the freighting charges most likely will go up =(
  However to be fair, we will of course keep the pricing guaranteed at $34 for customers on our backorder but for the ready stock we bring in we may have to adjust the pricing to compensate for any increase in our cost.

  It depends – the Alexa-inspired satchel is extremely popular in Oak Brown and I would recommend securing it via backorder, rather than rely on luck that excess stock would be available by the time you get here.

  They are about the same size but it’s hard to say because Emily is squarish whereas Alexa is rectangular in shape. Emily’s faux leather is softer.

  Otherwise, our best option would be credit card at only 5% surcharge. Last option would be via PayPal (also 5%).

  Delivery usually takes 4-5 days by international mail with tracking number
