Ordering Info

ORDER PROCESS

1. All items are in-stock unless otherwise stated at the top of the product page. Our product pages are updated instantly in terms of color/stock availability.

2. Please fill in the order form found on the right sidebar with all details. Our ordering system does not capture orders via email or comments.

3. If you are ordering > 1 style, please submit multiple forms. We will always revert with the amount to pay for combined postage.

4. We will reply with a invoice confirming your items with the total payment amount and bank transfer details.


PAYMENT

1. Instructions on payment will be included & payment within 24 hours is required to secure your bag.

2. When 24 hours has lapsed, we will free up the bag to the next interested buyer without prior notice.

3. Submitting an invoice does not guarantee that your order is confirmed. Payment, and an email to us are required for us to secure your order.

4. Priority will be given to customers who can transact with same-bank transfer (eg those with POSB/DBS/UOB accounts)

5. Current modes of payment via ibanking/ATM transfer/PayPal to:

DBS savings plus account: 1000000041 (7 zeros) / Plaza Singapura branch

UOB savings account: 4223794755 / Vivo City branch

Paypal account(only for international customers  with 5% transaction fees borne by buyer)

Maybank account (coming soon!)

5. If you are paying by PayPal, please indicate under “Remarks” & we will send a PayPal invoice directly to the email address provided.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

1. All orders are shipped out from our facility  within 3 working days after successful payment verification by us. This does not mean that the order will reach you within 3 working days.

2. There is no tracking available for normal mail. To ensure that the items reach you, we suggest registered mail/courier as each parcel is logged in & can be tracked. In cases of lost mail, Singpost has clarified that there is nothing they can do to check even after we post an enquiry.

3. Items are securely packed & will always include a return address at the back. If item is returned to us due to *failed delivery/invalid address, we require buyer to pay for 2nd round of re-delivery postage.

4. As all mailouts are handled by a 3rd party, no refunds/replacements will be made if item is mishandled/lost. Please make sure you feel comfortable with these terms before placing your order.

5. We do not provide any meetups or accomodate any self-collections under any circumstances.

Singapore

Local postage charges vary by the weight of item. We encourage registered postage/courier so that you can track the parcel.

1 bag (<1 kg): normal postage rate is SGD$2.55 and courier is SGD$4.90 within Singapore.

1 bag (<1 kg): registered postage rate is SGD$10.90 within Malaysia.

For multiple bag orders of >1 bag,

2 bags (<2kg): the normal postage rate is SGD$3.35 and registered postage is SGD$5.59

3 bags (<3kg) or if you require same day delivery: Speedpost Islandwide Courier rate at SGD$9.15

International

Please submit an order form & we will reply you with the shipping charges. Payment will be in SGD. The exchange rate between your currency and SGD is dependent on the bank / payment provider, kindly inquire with your local bank.

Example of overseas shipping charges:

  • Malaysia – SGD$11.00 for registered air parcel of 1 bag (3-6 days transit time)
  • Brunei – SGD $10 for registered air parcel of 1 bag (3-4 days transit time)
  • U.K + Europe ~$55.55 for a registered air parcel of 2 bags (5-7 days transit time)
  • US – $35 for registered air parcel of 1 bag (4-6 days transit time)

All items are packed diligently to ensure contents arrive in good condition. However, we are not responsible for any mishandling on the part of the service provider.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Prices & postage rates are non-negotiable. Please check our Promotions page to view existing promotions.

2. All fund transfers made via ATM are to be accompanied by a snapshot of receipt. We do not accept scanned copies. We reserve the right not to honor any transaction if we are unable to complete payment verification.

3. We put in all effort to ensure that our items are represented as accurately as possible. However, we will not be responsible for discrepancies due to difference in photography lighting /difference in the display colors of monitor screens.

4. No refunds will be entertained for any reason. Where applicable, a credit note will be issued for your next purchase. E.g if you made a bank transfer to us after your allocated 24 hours and the item is now out of stock, we will issue you a credit note for your next purchase.

5. Please be 100% sure before you place an order. Dead buyers will not have priority for future orders.

5. Please understand that backorders can be delayed sometimes due to production capacity/other issues. We try our best to expedite the arrival but in the event that there is a delay, we ask for your patience & understanding.

6. In the unforseen event that stocks do not arrive/are defective for backorders, we will offer a refund to all customers.

RETURNS POLICY

“Shopping is better than sex. If you’re not satisfied after shopping you can make an exchange for something you really like.”

1. There will be strictly no refund/exchanges except for defective items which have not been used. If your item has been used, we reserve the right not to honor any exchanges as the defect may have been caused by usage/wear and tear.

2. For items with defects, please let us know within 48hrs by emailing us with photos of the defect. We reserve the right not to honor any exchanges after 48 hours to ensure that defects are not caused by usage/wear and tear.

3. We reserve the right not to grant an exchange if we ascertain the defect to be insignificant/minor/caused by usage/a *manufacturing variance/unable to be detected.

4. Replacement item will be exchanged with registered postages to and fro paid by buyer.

5. Replacement item will only be mailed out after we receive the original item on a 1-1 exchange basis. If item is lost/did not reach us, we reserve the right not to proceed with the exchange.

5. In the event that the item is no longer available, we will provide store credit of equal value.

6. We will require the bag & all accessories be returned to us in original packaging or equivalent. If accessories are missing, we reserve the right not to honor any exchanges or to offer a partial store credit based on situation.

7. No exchange allowed for items that have been used/are dirty/stained/have incomplete accessories.

*All bags are not identical due to the manufacturing process. A manufacturing variance is a very slight difference between each bag which is due to the way it is being made & should not be considered as defects.

In the event that stocks do not arrive/defective/default, we will refund all participants

    How long will it takes for you to mail us the bag if I were to order 1 bag?
    How will I get the bag if the postman could not reach me as my family are usually not at home?

    Hi Waimun,

    We mail out bags within 2 days of payment confirmation and you should get your bag one or two days after mail out =)
    If you are not at home, the postman will leave a white card asking you to collect the parcel at the nearest post office. If the bag is small enough to fit the mailbox then it will be left in the mailbox.

    Pay to : Cash
    Label cheque as A/C Payee only.
    On the reverse of the cheque please indicate our account no. 1000000041.

    Pls note that we will only be able to verify your payment after two days.
    Disclaimer: Buyer will bear all consequences if cheque payment goes missing/clears to wrong account etc.

    All in all try to use IB/ATM since it is instantaneous and more reliable =)

    Believe you can use any bank to transfer money to a Singaporean bank, a UOB bank would be good because there might be some conveniences for same-bank transfer (we have a UOB account as well).

    Best to check with your local UOB bank staff & provide them our account details: UOB SAVINGS ACCT 4223794755 [Vivocity branch]
